किसान सभा ने कहा : आदिवासी अधिकारों और कानूनों का सम्मान करें भाजपा सरकार, हसदेव के आंदोलनकारियों की रिहाई की मांग
रायपुर। अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा से संबद्ध छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा ने हसदेव अरण्य बचाओ संघर्ष समिति से जुड़े आंदोलनकारियों और ग्रामीणों की गिरफ्तारियों की तीखी निंदा करते हुए उनकी तत्काल रिहाई की मांग की है। किसान सभा ने आरोप लगाया है कि भाजपा सरकार परसा ईस्ट केते बासेन कोयला खदान को अडानी को सौंपना चाहती है और इसके खिलाफ होने वाले प्रतिरोध को सरकार कुचल रही है।
आज यहां जारी एक बयान में छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा के संयोजक संजय पराते ने कहा है कि हसदेव क्षेत्र को खनन मुक्त रखने के संबंध में छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा ने भाजपा के समर्थन से सर्वसम्मति से प्रस्ताव पारित किया था। आज भाजपा सत्ता में आने के बाद इस प्रस्ताव से मुकर रही है और अडानी की लूट के लिए खनन प्रक्रिया को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए पुलिस बल के साए में जंगल की कटाई करवा रही है।
किसान सभा नेता ने कहा है कि भाजपा सरकार का यह कदम आदिवासी विरोधी और वनाधिकार कानून, पेसा कानून और भू-अर्जन कानून का उल्लंघन है, जो यह कहता है कि वन भूमि पर आदिवासी अधिकारों की स्थापना पहले की जाएगी और उसके बाद ही ग्राम सभाओं की सहमति से खनन प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाई जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि हसदेव क्षेत्र में वनों पर काबिज आदिवासियों को पट्टे देने के बजाए उनसे वन अधिकार पत्रक तत्कालीन भाजपा सरकार द्वारा छीन लिए गए थे।
किसान सभा नेता ने कहा है कि हसदेव के जंगलों के विनाश का अर्थ है — बांगो बांध का अस्तित्व खत्म होना, पर्यावरण और जैव विविधता का खत्म होना, कृषि का चौपट होना, मानव-हाथी संघर्ष का बढ़ना और आदिवासियों का बड़े पैमाने पर विस्थापन। ये सभी कारक मिलकर छत्तीसगढ़ और आदिवासियों की विनाश लीला ही रचेंगे।
छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा ने कहा है कि विपक्ष में रहते हुए भाजपा ने इस प्रदेश के आदिवासियों से जो वादे किए थे, सत्ता में आने के बाद भाजपा उस पर अमल करें, न कि कॉर्पोरेटपरस्त आदिवासी विरोधी रुख अपनाए।

Kisan Sabha said : BJP government should respect tribal rights and laws, demands release of Hasdev agitators
Raipur. Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha (affiliated to All India Kisan Sabha) has strongly condemned the arrests of the agitators and villagers associated with Hasdev Aranya Bachao Sangharsh Samiti and has demanded their immediate release. Kisan Sabha has alleged that the BJP government wants to hand over the Parsa East Kete Basen coal mine to Adani and the government is suppressing the resistance against it.
In a statement issued here today, Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha convenor Sanjay Parate said that the Chhattisgarh Assembly had passed a unanimous resolution with the support of the BJP regarding keeping the Hasdev area mining-free. Today, after coming to power, BJP is retracting from this proposal and is getting the forest cut under the shadow of police force to carry forward the mining process for Adani’s loot.
The Kisan Sabha leader has said that this step of the BJP government is anti-tribal and a violation of the Forest Rights Act, PESA Act and Land Acquisition Act, which says that tribal rights on forest land will be established first and only then with the consent of Gram Sabhas, the mining process will be proceeded. He said that instead of giving lease to the tribals occupying the forests in Hasdev area, the forest rights certificates were snatched from them by the then BJP government.
The Kisan Sabha leader has said that the destruction of Hasdev forests means the extinction of Bango Dam, destruction of environment and biodiversity, destruction of agriculture, increase in human-elephant conflict and large-scale displacement of tribals. All these factors together will create havoc for Chhattisgarh and the tribals.
Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha has said that after coming to power, the BJP should implement the promises made to the tribals of this state while in opposition, and not adopt a pro-corporate anti-tribal stance.
